Hi there, I am Mark and I am passionate about helping salons and spas become results driven whilst retaining their individual creativity.

If you love hairdressing but often feel no one else in the salon shares your love, or feel under pressure to improve your salon's performance then you have come to the right place!

My love for the industry started 12 years ago when I was the coffee boy and receptionist at a local salon during my university holidays.

Since then I have gained invaluable experience working in banking and retail throughout the UK and Europe and mentoring entrepreneurs in a wide variety of industries including Independent Hair and Beauty Salons across the UK...yes if you own your own salon you are an entrepreneur!

I am dedicated to helping you own your business rather than feeling as if your business owns you. Myself and my team support a wide range of salons from small start up salons through to medium sized franchises.

We work with well known salons such as Mark Leeson Hair Body & Mind and Tracey Devine's Angels. I also worked with Mary Queen of Shops on the episode with John Peers salon in Rochdale.

I am honest with all my customers and help them find a business model that suits their needs. An example of how honest I am is that I will say right here "I can not increase your salon profits".  Only somebody working full time and having daily contact with your team and customers can do that...so together we will find or train somebody to do just that!
