I am passionate about helping salons and spas become Results Driven whilst retaining their individual creativity. My love for the industry started 12 years ago when I was the coffee boy and receptionist at a local salon and spa during my University holidays.

Since then I have gained invaluable experience as a business consultant/support to Investment Banks and Large Retail chains in the UK and Europe, before returning to my main love by working with Independent Hair and Beauty Salons across the UK.

With two business colleagues I helped develop Nexus Revolution into one of the leading business support agencies for the Hair & Beauty Industry. I am also developing a new and exiting venture for Independent Hair & Beauty salons which will save them a lot of time and money on a variety of business serices...watch out for Your Salon Alliance.

I am dedicated to helping you own your business rather than feeling as though your business owns you. Myself and my team support a wide range of salons from small start up salons through to medium sized franchises.
